WELLNESS PROGRAM

We are very happy to announce that we have just introduced a new and exciting animal care program at both our East and Bargara Clinics. The wellness program is an easier and budget friendly way to ensure your pet has the best health care, whilst minimising your yearly veterinary costs.

The program allows you, as pet owners, to provide premium preventative care for your pets in a convenient 12-month bundle. It also encourages you to bring in your pet to undertake preventative care procedures such as vaccinations, parasite control, dental care, blood screening and twice-yearly full comprehensive examinations to help detect any developing problems early on.

Q. Does the wellness program really include an unlimited number of consults a year?

A. Yes, however afterhours consultations are not included and vet availability on the weekends may cause some restrictions.

 

Q. Will there be any extra costs?

A. Potentially. Any services, treatments or medications issued by the vet, as a result of the consultation are not included. Although clients on the advanced and ultimate wellness programs are eligible for a discount.

 

Q. This seems too good to be true, what’s the catch!?

A. There is none. Before subscribing to the program we will ensure you are aware of the programs offered and what they include. The wellness program is designed to foster a positive relationship between our hospital and you, the owner, so we can fulfil the common goal of enhancing and maintaining the health and happiness of your animal.

 

Q. Do I still need pet insurance?

A. Yes, the wellness program is NOT an insurance plan.

 

Q. How do I sign up?

A.We recommend ringing us in advance to book a time for us to sign you up on the program. We can sign you up at either our East or Bargara clinics.
